Outreach Vision

YWAM Dayton Mobilization and Frontier Vision

YWAM Dayton is committed to being a mobilizing base helping to equip and raise up the body of Christ to reach any nation on earth. In addition to this commitment, YWAM Dayton is called to be a “frontier” base where we are radically devoted to reach specific frontier locations perhaps never touched or that is closed off to the gospel by sending our own short and long-term missionaries. While we are constantly open to the Lord’s leading, these are the nations YWAM Dayton focuses on and targets.

Present Targets:

  • India
  • Guatemala
  • Scotland
  • Caribbean
  • United States

Possible Future Targets:

  • India
  • Mexico
  • Scotland
  • Sub-Sahara Africa

Short-term Outreaches:

Even a short time on the mission field is life-changing. A short outreach trip can last anywhere from one week to two years. YWAM offers many possibilities for individuals, churches, and youth groups. Some of these opportunities are listed below.

Experienced YWAM staff train the leaders and their group to effectively present the Gospel message across cultures. Short term outreach staff takes care of the details of food, housing, transportation, and equipment so that leaders can focus on their groups. These short-term groups learn to hear God’s voice, obey Him, and stretch beyond their natural abilities, often instilling a lifetime passion for involvement in world missions. This is more than camp. This is missionary training.
