Mission Statement

Our passion is to train, equip, and partner with the body of Christ in the completion of the Great Commission through the means of intercession, mobilizing, training, equipping, and sending short and long-term workers locally and throughout the reaches of the world.

Within YWAM’s core values there will be some specifically inspired values that are to be the impetus of an individual base. YWAM Dayton recognizes five core values that are specific to the Lord’s desires with this base.

1. God's Character

YWAM Dayton is committed to understanding the character and ways of God, always listening to God’s voice and seeking His counsel at all times of the day and throughout the process of decision-making.

2. The Great Commission

YWAM Dayton is visionary, ready to go and to accomplish the Great Commission. We are called to go into all the world, intentionally focused on the unfinished task in the un-reached and spiritually abandoned regions.

3. Youth

YWAM Dayton is called to champion young people. We believe in their leadership, potential, and willingness to go and change the world and are dedicated to equip them with the tools to pioneer and establish new works.

4. Local Church

YWAM Dayton is called to serve the local church by providing training, ministry tools, and resources to assist them in completing the Great Commission.

5. Relationships

YWAM Dayton is dedicated to being relationship-oriented in our living and working together. We desire to lead lives of mutual support, transparency, humility, and open communication.
